Shipping + Returns

Each order is created and shipped within 1-2 weeks. If we have ready-to-ship inventory on hand, then we ship within 1-2 business days.

Canada + USA

Free standard shipping over $60. Orders under $60 cost $9 to ship. Once shipped, your package should arrive within 6 - 10 business days within Canada and USA.

Europe 

$15 standard shipping. Once shipped, your package should arrive within

5 - 22 business days (message us if you have a tight deadline).

Please note, you may be charged duty upon arrival if you are located outside of Canada.

Returns and Exchanges

• All purchases are a final sale. Please refer to the size guide before purchasing to ensure the size will fit your dog.
